Orange-banana-strawberry fruit smoothie

Equipment: blender, measuring spoons, measuring cup Ingredients: ½ cup low fat milk 1 cup 100% orange juice ½ cup low fat vanilla yogurt (if using plain low fat yogurt, add ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract) 1 ripe banana 5 strawberries (can be frozen) 3-5 ice cubes Preparation: Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
